Avoid this place. Bagels are decent, but not worth the time. We walked in 10am on a weekday. There was a 20 minute wait and no hot coffee. I pointed out the coffee was empty and I got dirty looks from girls behind the counter. Waited for coffee that never came and left. Customer service is a afterthought in this place.

This is the first time I have ever written a review and it's for good reason. For starters it was over a 20 minute wait which is somewhat understandable in the Hamptons on the weekend but the customer service was poor and they are obviously understaffed which was the problem. The biggest issue however is the wrap I order was 12 dollars, so overpriced to begin with. It was just barely over the length of a single stick of gum and that was both halves in that picture. Shorter then a pack of gum is tall sideways, and almost exclusively wrap on the inside...it was actually at minimum 50% wrap on the inside, barely any chicken or toppings. I would have been better off ordering a wrap with a wrap inside because at least that might have been 11 dollars instead of 12. Extremely disappointed and would definitely never go back or recommend anyone try this place.

Wide variety of bagels/flagels and they even have tofu cream cheese plus it's the only bagel store in the village; much better than what the supermarkets offer...

Every time I come here I swear it will be the last time yet somehow I end up back to give them another try, disappointed yet again. Overpriced, and you can expect your sandwich to be missing at least two ingredients you payed extra for each time. If your like me and you tip each time, it's a extra annoying that your meal can't be made right and you don't realize until your home eating the food.

Best Bagels on East End.. great selection of freshest cream cheeses, salmon,tuna salad, and more.Loved the Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese..
